B2B Resource
Everything you need to know about white-label memorial diamond manufacturing, from minimum orders and pricing to sample collection and quality guarantees. For technical questions about HPHT synthesis and carbon materials, see our general FAQ.
There is no minimum order quantity. You can start with a single diamond to validate quality and branding. Our standard production timeline is approximately 60 days from carbon sample receipt to finished diamond. We recommend starting with a pilot order of 10 units (split across 0.5ct and 1.0ct sizes) to test your market.
Typical timeline is 2–4 weeks from first contact to live production. Initial contact via email or WhatsApp → custom proposal within 48 hours → pilot order submission → production begins upon receipt of carbon sample and payment. Volume partners with existing infrastructure can go live in under 2 weeks.
No. We are a full OEM/ODM manufacturer. You handle customer acquisition and sales; we handle everything else — carbon extraction, purification, HPHT synthesis, cutting, certification, and shipping. You never need to touch a lab machine or hold inventory.
We work with three partner categories: Type A — Pet Aftercare Services (pet cremation services, memorial retailers, funeral homes with existing client trust); Type B — Jewelry & Gift Retailers (independent jewelers, premium pet boutiques, gift shops requiring display samples); Type C — Brand Agents (independent brands seeking OEM white-label supply with exclusive or semi-exclusive territory agreements).
We primarily manufacture loose memorial diamonds, but we absolutely support finished jewelry production. Our service model includes: (1) loose diamond supply (our core manufacturing), (2) jewelry setting coordination — we work with certified jewelers in our network to produce rings, pendants, earrings, and custom designs based on your specifications, and (3) full white-label delivery — the finished piece ships under your brand, with your packaging and branded documentation. For finished jewelry with 18K gold or PT950 platinum setting, total lead time is approximately 90 days — 60 days for diamond growth plus 30 days for casting and setting. Pricing is calculated as: wholesale diamond price + setting fee + design fee.
Yes. We can support custom branding even for launch-phase volumes. Certificates: We can produce branded certificate sleeves and documentation with your logo from the first order — no minimum order requirement for documentation branding. Packaging: For custom boxes, pouches, and printed materials, our standard MOQ is 50 units. However, for launch-phase partners, we offer flexibility: orders below 50 units receive neutral premium packaging with your logo sticker or insert card; orders of 50+ units qualify for fully custom-designed packaging (you provide artwork, we handle production). A one-time mold setup fee of $500 applies for fully custom packaging.
Our standard production line focuses on four carat sizes: 0.50ct, 1.00ct (primary SKU, recommended), 1.50ct, and 2.00ct. We do not produce 0.25ct or 0.30ct memorial diamonds as standard SKUs. Our experience shows that 1.00ct provides the optimal balance of visual presence, production stability, and customer satisfaction for memorial applications. However, for partners with specific market requirements, 0.25ct can be produced as a custom development at a negotiated price point. Note that HPHT synthesis cycle time is the same regardless of carat size below 0.5ct, so cost savings are limited. Contact us for a custom quote if your market specifically requires smaller sizes.
No. We do not produce fancy colored memorial diamonds. Our standard production yields near-colorless diamonds in the E–H color range. Producing intentional colors (blue via boron doping, yellow via nitrogen doping, etc.) requires fundamentally different HPHT process parameters and specialized equipment configurations that are outside our current commercial scope. If your brand requires colored diamonds, we can discuss ODM custom development, but this significantly extends lead time and increases cost.
Yes. For family sets or multiple diamonds from the same carbon source, we offer a volume discount structure: the first diamond is priced at standard wholesale rate; the second and subsequent diamonds from the same sample receive a 20% discount (0.8x base price). Conditions: all diamonds must be ordered simultaneously as a single batch; each diamond receives an independent certificate and traceability code; IGI/GIA certificate upgrade fees are not discounted. This discount reflects the reduced carbon extraction cost when processing a single larger sample rather than multiple individual samples.
We do not offer blanket exclusive territories — we are a production laboratory, not a franchise. However, regional or channel exclusivity is available under negotiated agreement for partners meeting annual volume commitments. If we already have multiple active partners in a specific region, we will inform you honestly and discuss whether the market has capacity for additional partners. We prioritize quality partnerships over quantity. Exclusive terms require a separate agreement beyond the standard partnership contract. Contact us to discuss territory and volume requirements.
Yes. Qualified Type B (jewelry/gift) and Type C (brand agent) partners may apply for one 0.5ct display sample grown from our own carbon source (not customer material). A refundable deposit of $500 is required. You have 14 days to evaluate the sample. If unsatisfied, return for a full refund. If satisfied, keep it as a permanent display piece — the deposit is deducted from your first purchase order. Display samples are laser-marked "SAMPLE — NOT FOR RESALE" and carry no certificate value.
All partner categories receive the same unit pricing regardless of tier. Differentiation comes through service levels, packaging terms, and volume rebates — not base price discrimination. We do not publish suggested retail prices; partners set their own retail pricing based on local market conditions and brand positioning.
We offer four standard SKUs: Entry (0.5ct), Core (1.0ct — our primary SKU), Premium (1.5ct), and Flagship (2.0ct). All are E–H color, VS clarity, Ideal cut, round brilliant, produced via HPHT. Contact us for a custom pricing sheet based on your projected volume and partnership type.
No setup fees. No hidden charges. You only pay for the diamonds you order. Standard packaging (velvet display box, certificate card, care manual) is included. Custom brand packaging is available at additional cost with a one-time mold setup fee. Certificate upgrades (IGI or GIA) are optional and billed per diamond.
For new partners: 100% prepayment is required before production begins. For established partners (12+ months with consistent payment history): Net-30 terms are available upon credit approval. We accept bank wire transfer (T/T) only.
Standard production is approximately 60 days from carbon sample receipt to finished diamond. All quotations include international shipping and full insurance. Breakdown: carbon purification (3–5 days), graphitization (2–3 days), HPHT synthesis (18–25 days), cooling and extraction (2–3 days), cutting and polishing (7–10 days), certification and packaging (3–5 days).
For finished jewelry (ring, necklace, or earring with 18K gold or PT950 platinum setting), total lead time is 90 days — 60 days for diamond growth plus 30 days for casting and setting. Partners must confirm setting design and metal specifications by day 45 of the diamond growth cycle to avoid delays.
Standard production offers round brilliant cut in four sizes: Entry (0.5ct, ~5.0mm), Core (1.0ct, ~6.5mm), Premium (1.5ct, ~7.5mm), and Flagship (2.0ct, ~8.2mm). Color range E–H, clarity VS, Ideal cut. Custom cuts or special carat weights require custom development and extended lead time. Contact us for ODM custom development options.
Our standard shape is round brilliant with Ideal cut grade. We also offer Cushion, Emerald, Oval, Pear, and Heart shapes at no significant additional cost — cutting costs for these fancy shapes are comparable to round brilliant due to our integrated cutting workflow. All shapes maintain the same E–H color and VS clarity specifications. Fancy shapes may result in slightly different face-up dimensions and visual character; we recommend discussing shape selection with your customer early in the order process to set appropriate expectations.
Our batch success rate is high across 1,247+ completed production cycles. In the rare event of a synthesis failure, we restart production at no additional cost. If failure is due to insufficient carbon purity from the submitted sample, we contact the partner immediately with options: extended re-purification (adds 5–7 days) or request for additional sample material. We never ship substandard diamonds.
Every diamond ships with complete white-label documentation: gemological certificate, branded velvet display box and care manual, CCIC traceability QR code linking to a verification page branded with your identity, and production stage video documentation. Your customer never sees BioGem Lab's name. We can ship directly to your end customer (dropship) or to your warehouse.
No. We do not offer rush or expedited processing. HPHT diamond synthesis is a time-dependent crystallization process that cannot be safely accelerated. Uncontrollable delays — including growth failure, logistics, quality inspection, customs clearance, or force majeure — may extend timelines beyond the standard 60-day estimate.
For pet memorial diamonds, we require a minimum of 6 grams of clean, dry hair or fur per 1.0ct diamond. We recommend submitting 10–20 grams to ensure sufficient material with safety margin. Lower carat weights require proportionally less material. Accepted sources include cat, dog, rabbit, horse, and other mammal hair; human hair; and plant fibers. Samples should be collected over time, stored dry, sealed, and protected from light.
No. We do not accept cremated remains (ashes), urn residue, or cremated bone fragments as carbon sources. Our process is optimized for organic carbon derived from hair, fur, and plant fibers. Accepted sources include: cat, dog, rabbit, horse, and other mammal hair; human hair; and plant fibers. We recommend partners collect 10–20 grams of clean, dry hair or fur per 1.0ct diamond to ensure sufficient material.
Yes. Pet hair and fur samples are classified as non-dangerous goods (non-DG) for international shipping. No USDA permit is required for pet hair/fur entering most countries. We provide detailed shipping instructions and customs documentation for every partner. We only accept hair, fur, and plant fiber samples — cremated remains are not accepted.
We ship via FedEx or DHL Express with full insurance and tracking. For white-label partners, we use your branded packaging and include your return address — the customer receives a package that appears to come directly from your company. Average shipping cost to the United States is $80–$120 per order (including insurance and tracking). Transit time: 3–5 business days to US/EU, 5–7 days to Australia/NZ.
Yes. This is our standard model for white-label partners. You sell the diamond to your customer at your retail price. We manufacture and ship directly to them at wholesale cost. You never touch inventory. The customer sees only your brand on the package, certificate, and documentation.
Three tiers:
Every diamond includes a 4C gemological report. Standard: CCIC traceability certificate with QR verification — included at no extra cost. Optional upgrade: ILDA provenance attestation.
Third-party certificates (IGI/GIA) are issued by the respective laboratories and cannot be customized with partner branding. CCIC certificates are issued under BioGem Lab's accreditation and are the default for all orders. ILDA upgrades add an industry-association layer of provenance. Certificate lookup and production traceability reports are provided free of charge.
Yes. Standard laser engraving on the diamond girdle (waist) is included at no additional cost. You may provide a short message, date, or initials to be inscribed on the girdle of the finished diamond. This is a permanent, non-removable marking that adds personal significance without affecting the diamond's optical properties or gemological grading.
We guarantee every diamond meets the specifications ordered. If a diamond fails to meet the agreed color, clarity, or carat weight due to a production defect, we remake it at no charge. If a partner is unsatisfied with a pilot order, we offer a full refund of the wholesale cost. This guarantee applies to pilot orders and the first 3 production orders for new partners.
Every batch receives a unique traceability ID from the moment carbon enters our facility. This ID tracks the sample through purification, graphitization, synthesis, cutting, and certification. The partner and end customer can scan the QR code on the finished diamond to view the complete chain-of-custody documentation. This system is backed by CCIC (China Certification & Inspection Group) national traceability standards.
For verified production defects: immediate remake at no cost. For end-customer requests (size change, setting upgrade): partners handle customer service directly; we provide discounted remake pricing for partner-initiated reorders.
Returns are not accepted except in cases of manufacturing defects verified by our QC team. Transport damage is covered by shipping insurance. Partners should advise their end customers accordingly at point of sale.
Regional or channel exclusivity is available under negotiated agreement for partners meeting annual volume commitments. Exclusive terms require a separate agreement beyond the standard partnership contract. Contact us to discuss territory and volume requirements.
